Security-Related Litigation Avoidance Seminar

Experience has shown that businesses with adequate security programs in operation have successfully defended themselves in litigations in which wrongful or inadequate security was alleged. Most of these litigations were a result of poor and/or inadequate training and could have been avoided. Ten percent of all negligence awards amounted to over $1,000,000 and more than half exceeded $100,000.

Objective

This stimulating and intensive seminar will combine education, experience and actual case histories from 44 different environments.
